We want to collect a series of “1st-person testimonials” from customers who have JUST had a great experience. The idea is to capture the emotion “in the moment” or immediately thereafter.

In other words, you will be interviewing people who are still FEELING the rush of their awesome experience. So act quickly, and conduct your interviews right after a sighting.
